Our place, is your place. the apartment was born from the belief that a restaurant and bar should be a seamless extension of your own living room. Restaurant by day, lounge bar by night, the cornerstone of the apartment lays in our good old-fashioned, friendly hospitality.

Plush couches and sheer curtains in warm earth tones set the perfect backdrop, complete with abstract artworks and designer fittings. We have a lounge, library, residential kitchen and indoor balcony for you to relax in. Add gourmet food, fine wines and cocktails and all that is left to do is make yourself at home.

Head Chef Nirmal Gandhi brings a wealth of creativity and experience into his dishes.  Influenced by a combination of regional areas, however inspired by the use of fresh produce with bold flavours and colours.  Nirmal's career has taken him Nationally as well as Internationally in a variety of styles such as fine dining restaurant Pravda, in Wellington and  upper class tasting menu restaurant Rubyos, in Sydney.  Using good produce, Nirmal has taken these techniques that have inspired him from past venues to create the perfect club lounge menu for The Apartment.
